Practical things you can do to support the debate

  • The easiest thing for you to do is to like, share and comment on Big Fat Chat posts on social media. It will take you just a few seconds.

    Frankly I am not sure if this website is a spoof or not…Calling it the ‘Big Fat Chat’ and then reinforcing false stereotypes is certainly not helpful if this is a genuine…The reality of obesity is the opposite of that depicted…How often have people thought they were trying to eat healthy by buying the healthy options like the salad or the low fat yogurt when in fact they contain more sugar than the burger or donut, etc that they turned down…The whole problem is the entire food production which is for profit not to feed people… Probably the only way we can lose weight is to grow your own food, but where are the allotments!?
